We are sorry you did not find it suitable for yourself or your child. We’re here to help you in case you need a refund.

For Online Classes:

Our refund and return policy lasts 5 days from the program start date. If 5 days have passed since then, we can’t refund you.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 5 days from the 1st class date.

  • Refunds are not granted for courses accessed more than 1 class.

  • In case of technical issues, refunds may be considered upon verification.

Refund Policy for Books, Paperbacks, and E-books

Printed Books & Paperbacks:

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the book.

  • The book must be returned in its original condition (unused, unmarked, and undamaged).

  • Customers must bear the return shipping cost unless the book was received in a damaged condition.

  • Refunds will be credited once we receive and inspect the returned book within 7 Days of receipt of the books.

E-books:

  • Due to the digital nature of e-books, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • If technical issues prevent access, support will be provided to resolve the problem.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds for books purchased as part of a bundled offer will not be provided.

  • Damaged books due to customer mishandling are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the client account within 7 days from the Request date via the original payment method.

Exceptions

  • No refunds for special promotions or discounted courses.

  • Courses once accessed cannot be refunded.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the book has been dispatched.

  • Standard shipping time may vary based on the customer’s location and courier service availability.
  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after the book is dispatched, depending on the shipping address.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Certain locations may have additional shipping charges based on courier service availability.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, customers will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details.
  • Customers can track their orders through the courier service’s website or via the link provided in the email.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the book.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • We will inform the customer in case of unforeseen delays due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or any external factors.
  • If a shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement, which will be delivered within 7 days after verifying with the courier service.
